  2. Make sure to bring all necessary materials you need for the exam, especially a photo ID to check in (MCard, driver’s license, etc)

  3. Food is not allowed in the TAC testing space, unless you have a food and drink accommodation, while water bottles and drinks are allowed as long as they have a closed lid that prevents spills. We have recently introduced TAC-branded water bottles to hold student drinks, as well

  4. Electronic devices, such as phones, smart watches, bluetooth headphones, Airpods, are not permitted inside the testing space. They must be kept in your TAC locker. If you are found with one on you in the testing space, your professor will be notified.

  5. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so you may put your items in your locker and we can check you in to make sure things are all set for your exam.

  6. Please note that the TAC collects ALL scrap paper and notecards/cheat sheets after an exam. If you would like a copy of the notecard/cheat sheet, we can provide you with a copy as your instructor allows.

  7. The TAC does now use scattered cameras to provide us visuals of the test space and give us line-of-sight of test takers to replicate classroom observation that our walls and cubbies/carrels block. This also provides less distraction for students as we do not have to walk through the center as often. Our cameras are for ambient viewing only and DO NOT RECORD.

  8. Backpacks, small and large purses, and bags are not permitted inside the testing space and must be kept in one of our lockers.

  9. If possible, please do not wear a strong scent of perfume/cologne while testing as it may be distracting for other students.
