TAC Equipment and Resources

The TAC has a variety of equipment and devices to loan out to students for the purposes of exam taking and accessibility. Our equipment ranges from laptops with limited access for exams, noise-canceling headphones, ergonomic computer accessories, and more.

There is also equipment available in both of our centers for students to use during their exams, but that cannot be loaned out and must remain within the TAC. This equipment would include desktop computers, sit-stand desks, and desktop lamps. Our laptops and computers are primarily used to take exams for students who have computer-related accommodations, or if other members of the class are taking their exams on a computer.

There are also lockers available at both of our centers for students to use for the purpose of storing their personal belongings prior to taking their exam.

If you would like to reserve a piece of equipment, then please contact the TAC staff. Most reservations for equipment can last until the end of the current semester.
