Coordinated by the National Business & Disability Council (NBDC) at The Viscardi Center, this highly competitive program places top undergraduate and graduate college students with disabilities in fulfilling internships nationwide that provide them with meaningful leadership development and networking opportunities.

Application Deadline: Sunday, March 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants should be undergraduate freshman and sophomores graduating between December 2020 and June 2022 who have a disability.

The National Leadership Program: Fellowship in Public Policy and Employment

RespectAbility is dedicated to fighting stigmas and advancing opportunities for the one-in-five Americans who have disabilities. Crucial to that work are the cohorts of young leaders that we recruit throughout the year for our National Young Leadership Program.

This semester, RespectAbility will accept up to 15 outstanding and diverse young leaders from around the country who want to advance disability issues and pursue careers in policy, advocacy, or other fields.
