Visual Impairment

The terms partially sighted, low vision, legally blind, and totally blind are used in the educational context to describe people with visual impairments.


Chronic Health Conditions

Chronic health conditions may include, but are not limited to, AIDS, arthritis, Crohn's disease, cystic fibrosis, fibromyalgia, heart disease, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and respiratory conditions.


Autistic Spectrum Disorder

"Autistic Spectrum Disorder" (ASD) is a neurodevelopment disorder ranging from mild to severe and characterized by core features of social/communication deficits and repetitive/restrictive behaviors. 


Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI)

The position of the Brain Injury Network is that acquired brain injury (ABI) includes traumatic brain injuries (TBI's), strokes, brain illness, and any other kind of brain injury acquired after birth. 


Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Please send in your testing/report that was generated regarding your impairment/diagnosis; ideally we would like a Psychoeducational and/or a Neuropsychological Test that was completed within the last 5 years (using adult testing measures only).
