Koru is an evidence-based stress management program out of Duke University specially designed for university students. Koru teaches meditation and mindfulness techniques that facilitate relaxation, self-compassion, and calm. The group also promotes balanced growth, finding strength, and inner peace.
Starting the week of May 25th, meeting day and time will be determined based on the schedules of group members.
