Woman looking up at stack of books

Have you wondered why your grades don’t reflect your efforts? Are you plagued by doubts, even after you study for long hours? Are you frustrated because you know what to do, but don’t get around to it? Here’s a seminar series you won’t want to miss.

The SSD Office is proud to be able to offer during the winter term 2013 a series of workshops aimed at improving students' academic performance. These workshops will be carried out by nationally renowned educational psychologist, Dr. Geraldine Markel.

Presentations:

  • Enhancing Academic Performance
  • Developing Academic Time Management Skills
  • Increasing Reading Efficiency
  • Maximizing Listening and Note Taking Skills
  • Strengthening Test Taking Skills

All seminars are free and held on Tuesdays, at noon, in the Great Lakes North Room at Palmer Commons.

Please feel free to contact the SSD Office Coordinator, Maureen Candy, with any other questions.
